Brand Contraband

The owner of the trademark Blues Clothing suspected that a retailer with stores in Ontario and Quebec was illegally using its trademark. We were engaged to determine if this was the case, and to uncover information about the individuals or company operating these stores, prior to the client initiating litigation. We confirmed the illegal use of the mark, and were able to provide detailed information about the owner of the stores, shareholders, addresses and phone numbers as well as four different related companies. This was just what the client needed to proceed with a lawsuit.
